做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
