做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
