做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
