做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
