做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
