做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
