做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
