做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
