做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
