做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
