做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。
