做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
