做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
