做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
