做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
