做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
