做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
