做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
