做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
