做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
