做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
