做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
