做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
