做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
