做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
