做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
