做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
