做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
