做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
