做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
