做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
