做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
